Restorative Justice with Sensitive and Complex Cases The course adopts a fresh response to restorative justice practices based upon practice-based evidence and research carried out by Tim Chapman. Prior participation in Tim’s Foundation Principles and Practices of Restorative Justice is advisable but not essential. You should have completed foundation restorative justice skills training. The online sessions are co-led by people who have suffered specific hate crime or domestic abuse and have participated in restorative justice.
