Restorative Justice Facilitator (Foundation Level) Training
All courses are approved and accredited by the Restorative Justice Council.
Certificates are awarded on successful completion.
Training is delivered by experienced practitioners, working to RJC Best
Practice Guidelines.
All training is delivered via Zoom, with resources provided to support
learning.
This course offers all the skills you need to become a competent and
confident RJ practitioner. We have years of experience of delivering
interventions in all sectors and bring this directly into the training.
The programme is highly experiential and trauma-informed, covering:
- Risk assessments
- Interviewing techniques
- Facilitation of in-person meetings
- Tools and approaches for effective RJ practice
The training is interactive, practical, and designed to give participants the
confidence and competence to deliver RJ cases through to their appropriate
outcome.
All participants receive electronic resources and a comprehensive training
manual.
Participants from all sectors are welcome.
This is the ideal training if you would like to apply for a role within the
RJ field, particularly within the Criminal Justice System.
