All training is delivered via Zoom, with resources provided to support
learning.
**Please note: The training runs over three days, with each day taking place

This is a strong foundation for all restorative work and roles. Participants
leave with “a toolkit for life” - skills that apply across any workplace
or setting.
We explore restorative practice on both a micro level (e.g. assertive
communication skills) and a macro level (embedding a systemic, relational
approach to culture change).
This training combines restorative, coaching, and transactional analysis
skills to help teams communicate more effectively, work through conflict
constructively, strengthen relationships, and collaborate in new and creative
ways.
By the end of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of the
theories and practice of Restorative Practice, including:
*Working across different contexts (team meetings, 1:1s, supported
conversations)
*Frameworks for effective relationships and communication
*Skills in de-escalating tensions, resolving conflict, compassionate
challenge and fair process
The course is highly practical, providing simple techniques to:
*Express yourself effectively
*Hold restorative conversations
*Deliver restorative circles
*Facilitate low-level interventions
Participants from all sectors are welcome.
It has been delivered successfully across a wide range of sectors, including:
Education & Health services (including Mental Health inpatient hospitals)
