Restorative Facilitators Training for PRU/AP & SEMH Settings
The course consists of two half-day online sessions, where we will cover much of the theory and thinking about relational and restorative practices. This will be followed by two days of in-person training, where we will apply the theory and thinking into practice.
Day 1 Part One (online via Zoom): Tuesday 10 June 2025 (13:30-17:00)
Day 1 Part Two (online via Zoom): Thursday 12 June 2025 (13:30-17:00)
Day 2 (In-person: NCVO): Tuesday 17 June 2025 (09:30-16:30)
Day 3 (In-person: NCVO): Wednesday 18 June 2025 (09:30-16:30)
This training course has been designed to make the active learning of the participants as accessible and meaningful as possible.
Objectives:
1. Build a solid understanding of restorative philosophy and theory, and how this mindset is applied in practice.
2. Develop a robust and flexible facilitation skillset that can be applied in a range of restorative processes.
3. Identify how to apply this mindset and skillset in your daily work within your setting.
In order to support participants to apply what you have learned back in your setting, we provide an on-site follow-up meeting to look at the implications and applications of what you have learned on this course.
