Restorative Practice Foundation Level Facilitator Training

REF are an award-winning team providing accredited training in Restorative Practices (RP) and Restorative Justice (RJ). We currently work with many internationally recognised organisations. Our training is designed to be practical, experiential, and directly applicable in a wide range of professional contexts. We support our training with hundreds of real life examples based on years of experience in the field across all sectors. All courses are approved and accredited by the Restorative Justice Council. Certificates are awarded on successful completion. Training is delivered by experienced practitioners, working to RJC Best Practice Guidelines. All training is delivered via Zoom, with resources provided to support learning.

By the end of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of the theories and practice of Restorative Practice, including:

- Working across different contexts (team meetings, 1:1s, supported conversations)
- Frameworks for effective relationships and communication
- Skills in de-escalating tensions, resolving conflict, compassionate challenge and
fair process
- The course is highly practical, providing simple techniques to:

• Express yourself effectively
• Hold restorative conversations
• Deliver restorative circles
• Facilitate low-level interventions
