3 Day Skills Based Restorative Practitioner Training Approved Course - Foundation Level

Do you want to develop confidence, knowledge and practical skills to facilitate restorative conversations that repair harm, resolve conflict and strengthen relationships? Restorative practice is a proven, relationship-centered approach that helps individuals and organisations to respond constructively to conflict, harm and challenging behavior.

Restorative approaches encourage accountability, understanding and meaningful dialogue, enabling those harmed to have their voices heard and those responsible for the harm, to recognise the impact of their actions and make positive changes.

Used in education, health and social care, criminal justice, schools and workplaces, restorative practice is recognised as an effective way to improve communication, reduce conflict and build stronger, more resilient relationships.

•       To gain knowledge of restorative approaches and how it can be applied in varied settings
•       Develop key skills in active listening and conflict management.
•       To understand the processes in delivering a restorative process.
•       Learn how to facilitate a restorative conference
This 3 day, skills based course will prepare delegates to be a restorative practitioner.
