Restorative Justice Facilitator Training (Foundation)

This Foundation Level training will be held on the 11th 12th 16th and 17th February, it will give you the theories behind RJ, how to scope an RJ case and how to run an RJ conference.

This course will give you -
Knowledge and understanding of Restorative Justice
Effective practitioner skills to enable you to carry RJ cases and bring to a successful outcome
How to deliver restorative practice and understand restorative language
Understand RJ principles
Gain an understanding of the history of RJ and the psychological journey of the the harmed and harmers.
Improve your listening and questioning skills.
How to deal with pre-meets and conferencing
