Restorative Justice Foundation level Facilitator Training 

REF provides accredited training, coaching, facilitation, and consultancy across Restorative Practices (RP) and Restorative Justice (RJ). Known for high-quality, practical, and engaging delivery, REF works with a wide range of internationally recognised organisations. Training is led by experienced practitioners, ensuring a strong, evidence-based learning experience. All courses are delivered via Zoom, with electronic resources and a detailed training manual included.

This Level 2 programme provides all the core skills required to become a competent and confident RJ practitioner. Drawing on extensive frontline experience across sectors, the training is highly experiential and trauma-informed. Participants will learn to:

*Conduct effective risk assessments

*Use interviewing techniques appropriate to RJ practice

*Facilitate in-person restorative meetings

*Apply a range of tools and approaches for safe, effective RJ interventions

The course is designed to build confidence, practical competence, and a strong understanding of how to guide cases through to a suitable outcome. All participants receive a comprehensive manual and digital resources.

Participants from all sectors are welcome. This is the ideal training if you would like to apply for a role within the RJ field, particularly within the Criminal Justice System.
