Restorative Practice including RJ level 1
This online 3-day training in Restorative Practice with Charlotte Calkin focuses on how to model restorative conversations and approach every interaction as an intervention: On-the-spot, informal and formal restorative conversations, up to level 1 RJ. Covering the theory, principles, effective challenge, having difficult conversations, expressing, listening and questioning restoratively, and holding Restorative Circles and meetings.
This course is suitable for any professionals wanting to upskill especially HR professionals, leaders and managers, health, social care and education providers.
Our training has been shown to reduce tension and grievances and increase performance and job satisfaction in organsiations we have worked with as well as building individual skills and capacities.
