Wigan Council - Targeted Services works with young people across a broad spectrum of risky behaviour including substance misuse, anti-social behaviour and offending behaviour. The team undertakes victim consultation and assesses and delivers all the restorative interventions for Wigan Youth Offending Team. The team offers targeted diversionary activities to young people to support them into accessing universal provision. The team prides itself on the quality of delivery with all staff and managers trained and experienced in restorative conferencing and all registered on the RJC Practitioner Register. The team is proud to have achieved the Restorative Justice Council's Restorative Service Quality Mark

We can deliver International Institute of Restorative Practice Accredited Restorative Conferencing Courses, three day restorative conferencing courses and bespoke restorative justice awareness sessions.
