Rane Training Ltd offers dynamic, interactive training courses in the principles and practice of working restoratively with people in conflict. Restorative conferencing training is tailored to the needs and circumstances of the group, and typically covers the relevant theory and background to restorative practice, ensuring participants have a full understanding of its values and principles, before moving on to build on the skills of the participants which are necessary to work restoratively, finally fine tuning the particular skills and competences for the context in which they would be managing restorative processes.
Rane Training also offers Training for Trainers in Restorative Practice, having delivered this to more than 30 youth offending teams in the last two years through the Youth Justice Board investment in building capacity for restorative work. We have also delivered this to multi-agency groups with participants from a wide range of organisations. Additionally we offer Sensitive and Complex cases training, and bespoke courses for managers of restorative services or projects.
