I have been training people from criminal justice, youth justice, education, community and social work since 1999 in restorative justice practices throughout the world. I have also completed many research studies in the field of RJ and published widely. My approach is based upon narrative and dialogue, (not a fan of scripts). My training improves your ability to include and engage people, especially those who have been harmed, in face to face processes. I can also offer opportunities to develop and deliver skilfully restorative responses to gender violence, violent extremism, polarisation, hate crime, and restorative organisations (e.g. schools, prisons etc.), restorative communities and restorative cities.
