Restorative Thinking: A restorative practices interactive toolkit written by teachers for teachers

This resource is an interactive toolkit that equips children with the skills and language to find solutions to everyday conflicts and to reflect more on their own behaviour. It is solution-focused and deepens and develops children's understanding of the spiritual, moral, social and cultural aspects of life.

The Restorative Thinking toolkit for schools provides a planned and coherent curriculum opportunity which will enhance a school's own ethos and values through the development of SMSC across the whole school. The toolkit is in line with current OfSTED criteria for supporting positive behaviour.

The toolkit contains interactive resources that appeal to all learning styles (visual, auditory and kinaesthetic).

Download a sample exercise from this toolkit, and a leaflet with further details of the toolkit content below.

A 10% discount on the toolkit is available to Restorative Justice Council members.
