Terence has been working in the restorative field for 19 years. He has extensive experience of working operationally and strategically with schools and other organisations. He has published and presented on his practice and research. He is an specialist in evaluating restorative practice.

Terence is a highly experienced, calm and confident facilitator, having run restorative meetings to resolve serious harm with both young people and adults since he was trained. He is a warm, approachable and hugely knowledgeable trainer with a great sense of humour.
