Description
Charlotte has been working in the restorative field since 2010. She is an Accredited Practitioner and Trainer. Charlotte supervises RJ cases in several counties. She specialises in complex and sensitive cases and has a wealth of experience. She has developed courses through her organisation REF to work holistically with restorative approaches, to become an RJ Facilitator and for skills in advanced practice. Charlotte is an RJC Champion.
Charlotte has delivered awareness raising sessions for the RJC, at the UN and for the Justice Select Committee and ran Why Me’s RJ Observer programme. She frequently presents at conferences. Charlotte has a Masters in Applied Criminology from Cambridge University, her dissertation studied restorative practices in UK prisons. Her organisation has won the Howard League Award for Restorative Approaches.
She works internationally across all sectors and is a certified coach.
