Mrs Jodie Fenemer

Description

Jodie is an experienced restorative justice practitioner within the youth justice field. She currently works with Mid Essex Youth Offending Team where her role involves contacting victims of all types of crime and offering the opportunity to be involved in a restorative process. Jodie also works with young people, helping to raise their awareness and preparing them for restorative justice conferences.
During her career in the youth offending service Jodie has facilitated high level conferences involving complex and sensitive issues, including serious violence and sexually harmful behaviour. Over the last year Jodie has trained volunteer community panellists in restorative justice.
