Restorative Approaches is pleased to offer a three day facilitator training course in restorative practice. The course is delivered over three consecutive weeks, 11th, 18th and 25th March.

This training takes an in depth look at the restorative approach, equipping participants with the skills to manage a range of situations and to think about how their organisation can incorporate this highly effective approach to promote change. It is delivered over ten, 90 minute modules. and is suitable for people of all experience levels.
RJ level 3 - Complex and Sensitive Training Including specialist facilitation skills, prep, risk assessment and outcomes for cases of domestic violence and sexual harm.
This is a new course of weekly sessions (1.5 hours) for six weeks. It is being developed and delivered by RJ Working via Woodbrooke, the international Quaker learning and research centre. Based in Britain, Woodbrooke provides opportunities for learning and connection which are rooted in the Quaker tradition and open to all.
Many Quakers have championed Restorative Justice, including initiating the setting up of the RJC in 2001 and ensuring its survival in the following years.
Restorative Justice is deeply connected with the four Quaker commitments of truth, equality, peace and sustainability, and the course will refer to issues of social justice and active peacemaking.
This training will be delivered online via facilitated interactive groupwork with a different theme and focus each week. The sessions will take place on a Thursday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm.
RJ level 2 certified course for facilitated interventions, including looking for RJ markers, risk assessment, preparation and managing expectations, facilitation best practice, outcomes and outcome agreements.
This 3-day interactive course trains participants to be restorative practitioners and will use a variety of materials, including videos , PowerPoint, role-play and group work activities. This course will be delivered online, with some self-directed tasks. Participants will have access to digital downloads and some physical resources to accompany the training.
