Complex and Sensitive Cases

This two day course is predominantly practical. It covers: working through detailed risk assessments, interview techniques, navigating the CJS, partnership working and the route through complex and sensitive cases to their appropriate restorative conclusion. The course details shuttle work, restorative letters as well as the complexities of a face to face meeting. We also focus on outcome agreements, post intervention and exit strategies. The course gives certificates for all participants. We have delivered to many restorative justice providers across the UK and are known for the practical application of our courses.
