Level 1 & 2 Facilitator Training

The course gives an understanding of the restorative principles in practice in the following areas:

How I express myself restoratively.
How to work with the restorative questions in conversation.
How to hold restorative circles.
How to facilitate restorative conversations in situations of friction or tension.

The course uses a range of methodologies all underpinned by the restorative principles. The course is almost entirely experiential.

The course is 3 days, one day every two weeks. This gives an opportunity to embed the training in between each training day.

We work with all sectors; all areas of the Criminal Justice Sector, healthcare, education, the third sector, social housing and businesses.

We have supported Aster Housing to become the first organisation outside of the CJS to be award the RSQM; working restoratively to great success across the whole of their 1300 person organisation.
