4-day restorative practices and conferencing: training of trainers (ToT) – Manchester

The objective of this ‘Training of Trainers’ (ToT) course is to prepare selected experienced restorative practitioners to train others in facilitating restorative conferences and related restorative practices.

You will be trained to train the IIRP Europe ‘Facilitating Restorative Conferences: Skills Training' course by SynRJ, who also hold the Restorative Justice Council's (RJC) 'Training Provider Quality Mark' (TPQM).

The directors of SynRJ - Les Davey and John Boulton – have been delivering the highly regarded IIRP Europe Training of Trainers (ToT) course over the last three decades and have trained many of those who now train others across the UK, Ireland and elsewhere globally.

We only hold these popular intensive trainings once per year on average.

Student places are limited and spaces go quickly. Upon booking we will send you a registration form and application and target audience agreement to register for selection.

The course has a high trainer to student ratio (1:6) to ensure the quality of the training and proper assessment of trainees.
