Being Restorative

If you are new to restorative practice and want to begin thinking about how restorative principles, language and process could benefit your work, this is the perfect place to start. Our introductory course is suitable for professionals from diverse fields including social care, schools, criminal justice, human resources, anywhere where managing and maintaining healthy relationships is key to success.  The course will get you thinking about the core principles of the restorative approach and how they can be applied to you role, alongside language skills to help engage and build positive relationships.
