Practitioner Training in Restorative Approaches
This Practitioner Training Course is being delivered over 3 Consecutive Days Practitioner in person in Harrogate, Great Yorkshire by Restorative Solutions.
Day 1-Aim: • To enable participants to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively practice restorative approaches in the informal setting
Objectives - On completion of this training, participants will be able to demonstrate:
• An understanding of the principles of restorative justice
• The ability to identify and practice appropriate restorative approaches in an informal setting.
• Recognise when a matter needs to be referred on for a full RJ meeting.
Day 2 & 3 -Aim: • To enable participants to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively practice restorative approaches
Objectives - On completion of this training, participants will be able to demonstrate:
• An understanding of the principles of restorative justice
• Sensitivity and recognition of the needs of others when applying restorative approaches
• The ability to identify and practice appropriate restorative approaches in a variety of settings.
