Being an Inclusive Restorative Practitioner
It is important that our practice is accessible to people of different abilities, needs and life experiences. If Restorative Practice isn’t SAFE and INCLUSIVE in a way that allows everybody to feel VALUED and HEARD then it isn’t fully Restorative. Facilitated by neurodiverse trainers, this course not just explore the barriers to accessibility, but rather look at Restorative Practices as the solution to inclusion, challenging your understanding and procedures along the way, while providing a range of creative exercises and tools that can open up restorative approaches to everyone.
