Advanced Restorative Practitioner Masterclass
This in-person masterclass is designed for experienced restorative practitioners who facilitate restorative meetings or other restorative processes and would like to hone their skills. This is an opportunity to continue to develop as a restorative facilitator, connect with others, and share practice issues with colleagues working restoratively in a range of different contexts.
Pete Wallis (Senior Restorative Justice Practitioner, Oxfordshire Youth Justice Service), Jo Brown (Restorative Practice Trainer), and Sughra Bibi (Restorative Justice Officer, Oxfordshire Youth Justice Service) will be leading the masterclass, drawing from their many years of experience in restorative approaches.
The day will include:
• Input on aspects of restorative practice
• Skills practice
• Role play
• Sharing of issues and case studies
You are asked to bring to the day at least one case study of a difficult/ interesting restorative meeting or process that you have been involved in facilitating or a case that you are working with and have some concerns and/or queries about.
Tea/coffee and a light lunch will be provided.
