This live Webinar course is delivered over 10 Modules – each module lasting 90 minutes, with two modules delivered per day, with a break in between, over a span of 4 weeks.

This approved foundation course covers the content of the intensive In-person Three Day Restorative Practice Facilitation Skills course, which is currently on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions. Participant learning takes place through activities, discussion and skills practice.This course will give you a clear understanding of the context for the Restorative approach, the key skills for safe practice and the strategies for effective implementation.This foundation course is appropriate to a variety of settings and wider communities.

• The needs model underpinning behaviour

• Contrasting Retributive and Restorative approaches
• Skills practice – Facilitation of Restorative Meetings
• Restorative Circles, the practice and the links to cultural values

• Implementation and Culture Change

Each participant will receive a handbook to accompany the course.
