3-day practitioner training (schools)
A restorative approach offers schools an alternative way of addressing discipline and behavioural issues and offers a consistent framework for responding to these issues. The aim of this training is to contribute to the building of a strong, mutually respectful, safe, inclusive and peaceful school community. This course provides intensive, interactive facilitator training, focusing on an understanding of restorative ethos and the practice of sound restorative practitioner skills. This course has met the Restorative Justice Council's (RJC) training standards and has been awarded a Training Provider Quality Mark. This course will be delivered by an RJC Accredited Practitioner.
The course runs over three days, a week apart: Monday 20th January 2020, Monday 27th January, Monday 3rd February 2020. Participants must attend all three training days. Although you are booking for the 20th January on Eventbrite, your fee covers the three days:

You will be provided with some pre-course materials and a course handbook.
You will be contacted during the week to share learning and relevant resources from the day. Support continues after the course with a follow-up phone call to see how the restorative work is progressing.
