\n By the end of the programme\, participants feel confi dent facilitating restorative conversations\, supp orting behaviour through relationships\, and contr ibuting to a more consistent and relational school culture.
\n An optional Advanced Diploma (Le vel 5) is also available\, focused on leadership\, implementation\, and whole-school change.
\n Sessions combine theory with facilitated practice \, ensuring the weekly hour is spent applying and developing skills rather than listening to lecture s. Sessions are focused\, practical\, and immediat ely applicable — with no unnecessary workload or a cademic pressure.

\n The programme is led by Har riet McSherry\, a director for Restorative IQ\, an experienced teacher and Restorative Practice Lead and who has implemented restorative approaches ac ross multiple school settings. She continues to wo rk in education\, bringing current\, real-world ex perience into every session.
\n Harriet's pra ctice is rooted in the UK's restorative education movement\, having trained in Hull — the UK's first restorative city — and developed her work within one of the country's earliest restorative schools.
