other ways of addressing harm and conflict.

themes that underpin restorative processes.

\n Learn and practise the skills needed t
o have a restorative conversation with another per
son.

\n Learn and practise the skill
s needed to facilitate informal and formal restora
tive meetings\, including the importance of risk a
ssessment\, follow-up and review.
\n
\n
Explore a range of restorative processes and how
these can be adapted for use within their own work
context.

\n Share knowledge and exp
ertise.
\n
\n Learning resources will b
e provided on the day\, as well as access to follo
w-up materials to support continued professional d
evelopment.

\n About Restorative Pra
ctice
\n
\n Restorative practice is a t
erm used to describe behaviours\, interactions and
approaches which help to build and maintain posit
ive\, healthy relationships\, resolve difficulties
and repair harm where there has been conflict. Wh
en we work with and alongside people\, there is st
rong evidence that outcomes for participants are i
mproved.
\n
\n The Mint House is a regi
stered training organisation with the Restorative
Justice Council (RJC) and adheres to their trainin
g standards. This course is our three-day accredit
ed practitioner training and with full participati
on attendees will qualify for full Restorative Pra
ctitioner Accreditation.
