Our two-day Restorative Approaches training will introduce how your school can use a restorative option to build community a nd manage conflict. On completion of the training delegates will be able to:

Imp lement a restorative language and vocabulary withi n their school.
Deliver a restorative c hat to manage low level conflict between peers/pee rs or peers/staff.
Bring together resto rative approaches and classroom management
Plan the implementation of a restorative appro ach within their schools.
Understand wh ich roles need to be involved and how this can be achieved.
Understand the principles of restorative justice and the wider educational appr oach.

Have a clear understanding of how restorative approaches can help to help build com munity and positive relationships within schools.\n

Enhance a positive learning environment .

Create fair\, positive outcomes for p upils and students from conflict that also holds t hem to account and changes behaviour.

A llow schools to develop effective\, behaviour chan ging support for pupils and students with SEND iss ues or those dealing with trauma.
