  1.30 - 4.30 each day</p>\n \n <p>This is a strong
  foundation for all restorative work and roles. Pa
 rticipants <br />\n leave with “a toolkit for life
 ” - skills that apply across any workplace <br />\
 n or setting.<br />\n <br />\n We explore restorat
 ive practice on both a micro level (e.g. assertive
  <br />\n communication skills) and a macro level 
 (embedding a systemic\, relational <br />\n approa
 ch to culture change).<br />\n <br />\n This train
 ing combines restorative\, coaching\, and transact
 ional analysis <br />\n skills to help teams commu
 nicate more effectively\, work through conflict <b
 r />\n constructively\, strengthen relationships\,
  and collaborate in new and creative <br />\n ways
 .<br />\n <br />\n By the end of the course\, part
 icipants will have a solid understanding of the <b
 r />\n theories and practice of Restorative Practi
 ce\, including:<br />\n <br />\n *Working across d
 ifferent contexts (team meetings\, 1:1s\, supporte
 d <br />\n conversations)<br />\n <br />\n *Framew
 orks for effective relationships and communication
