foundation for all restorative work and roles. Pa
rticipants

” - skills that apply across any workplace

ive practice on both a micro level (e.g. assertive
\n communication skills) and a macro level
(embedding a systemic\, relational
\n approa
ch to culture change).

\n This train
ing combines restorative\, coaching\, and transact
ional analysis
\n skills to help teams commu
nicate more effectively\, work through conflict \n constructively\, strengthen relationships\,
and collaborate in new and creative
\n ways
.

\n By the end of the course\, part
icipants will have a solid understanding of the \n theories and practice of Restorative Practi
ce\, including:
