d practitioners to extend their facilitation pract
ice and for managers to expand the scope of their
programmes.

\n This one-day workshop
has been developed for restorative practitioners
who are seeking to consolidate and/or extend their
facilitation practice\, and for leaders and manag
ers interested to expand the scope of their progra
ms.
\n
\n Participants will:
\n \n - explore how to adapt restorative processe
s when dealing with (i) complex cases involving ha
rm\, or (ii) situations in workplaces and other co
mmunities that involve a complex set of entangled
issues\;
\n
\n - analyse combinations o
f circle processes and techniques that can help fa
cilitators and participants address complex situat
ions constructively\;
\n
\n - revise sk
ills for diagnosing situations\, defining process(
es)\, and preparing participants\;
\n
\
n - examine a learning system which uses reflectiv
e practice to support practitioners to learn on-th
e-job\, individually and collectively.
\n
\n The workshop is fully catered with tea\, cof
fee\, and lunch provided.
\n
\n The wor
kshop is being facilitated by Dr Alikki Vernon and
Dr David Moore\, Vice-President and President of
the Australian Association for Restorative Justice
and authors of 'Setting Relations Right in Restor
ative Practice'.

‘Facilitating Restorative Circles (including with
large groups)’ on the 17th of June 2026. These tw
o workshop days are standalone in content but can
be booked together as they are being delivered on
