Sessions combine pre-reco rded theory with live facilitated practice\, ensur ing the weekly hour is spent applying and developi ng skills rather than listening to lectures. Sessi ons are focused\, practical\, and immediately appl icable — with no unnecessary workload or academic pressure.

Assessment is practical and ground ed in real school practice\, including:

    The programme is led by Harrie t McSherry\, an experienced teacher and Restorativ e Practice Lead who has implemented restorative ap proaches across multiple school settings. She cont inues to work in education\, bringing current\, re al-world experience into every session.

    Harriet's practi ce is rooted in the UK's restorative education mov ement\, having trained in Hull — the UK's first re storative city — and developed her work within one of the country's earliest restorative schools.
