Job opportunity – Restorative justice job opportunities in Leicestershire

Restorative solutions currently has two new vacancies to develop and deliver restorative justice services in Leicestershire.

They are looking for an experienced restorative justice (RJ) delivery manager and practitioner, with a track record of implementing multi-agency partnerships across the criminal justice sector, and of working with volunteers and the voluntary sector.

RJ Service Delivery Manager

Experience of working at a managerial level in the criminal justice sector, and knowledge of and experience of delivering restorative justice interventions, are essential. Working in partnership is central to the success of this programme, so a secure knowledge of how to grow, persuade and engage a range of different audiences is essential.

The role is full time, with a salary up to £28,000/annum depending on experience.

RJ Lead Practitioners/Coordinators

Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced RJ practitioner. The successful candidate will be able to deliver safe and comprehensive restorative justice services, meeting best practice standards and ensuring that victims are central to how the provision is developed. 

The role is full time with a salary up to £22,600/annum depending on experience.
